Norfolk Festevents, Ltd. is a national award-winning event management company that provides the opportunity for a variety of food and retail vendors to exhibit and sell their products through nearly 100 days of waterfront festivals and events. This page was designed to provide you with information about our organization and events and answer your questions about how to become involved. All of this information is subject to change.
You may download the vendor application request form to apply for space at one of our events by clicking HERE. Indicate on the form those events for which you would like to receive an application. Return the form with a check or money order for the appropriate application fee(s) payable to "Norfolk Festevents, Ltd." The application fee is non-refundable.
Upon receipt of your application request form, you will be mailed the appropriate food or retail vendor packet for each event requested. Each vendor application packet contains an application form, event highlights, specific times of the event and other pertinent information. To be given full consideration for our initial selection by our Concessions Committee, the application must be received in our office by the due date listed on the application.
FOOD
Food is a big part of any festival, and our events have it all! From hot dogs to pita sandwiches, ice cream to funnel cakes, boiled crawfish, and spicy gumbo to gourmet pates and cheeses, professional vendors and area restaurants are invited to sell their products at our events.
RETAIL
Jewelry, CDs, clothing, art, hats, sunglasses, toys, posters, balloons, glow sticks and flags are just a few of the items that can be offered for sale at our events. Since we offer so many different events, most retailers will be able to find a perfect match for their items.
