Performance Preparation
- Arrive with ample time to deal with all the elements (traffic, road blocks, time to set up, etc.)
- Dont forget your parking pass. We have very limited numbers of parking passes, so don't lose it!
- Notify the Programming Director of all logistical needs prior to arriving. (if you need a chair, table, etc., let us know beforehand)
- Bring your own water/food. There will be a cooler at each stage with some drinks for the day. If you have special needs, bring them.
- Be patient.
- Bring your instruments, amps, stage equipment, & drums. We will provide PA, monitor and lights at each stage where applicable. Sound checks wont be available, but line-checks will be allowed in most cases.
- Be flexible.
- Know that there will be a sound technician & stage manager at each stage to help with all of your on site needs/issues.
- Don't forget to check in at Performer Check-In upon arrival. You will receive a performer packet in the mail prior to your performance describing the correct sequence of events for this procedure.
