Spring has sprung in TowneBank Fountain Park! Festevents invites everyone to celebrate the change in seasons with the 4th Annual Spring Fountain Fair. We're opening the fountain - so put on your bathing suit, grab a towel and be part of this great family fun day on Saturday April 20, 2013 from 10am-3pm in TowneBank Fountain Park at Town Point Park, along the downtown Norfolk, VA waterfront. The event is free & everyone is welcome.
