Norfolk FREE WAY
This FREE shuttle system will transport guests to all OpSail 2012 Virginia event sites as well to attractions and hotels throughout Norfolk. The Norfolk FREE WAY Depot at Harbor Park will operate 3 separate loops of continuous service to attractions and event sites beginning at 10 am each day from Friday June 8th through Monday June 11th. Norfolk FREE WAY will end service to event sites and attractions at 11 pm on Friday and Saturday, 9 pm on Sunday and 8 pm on Monday. Norfolk FREE WAY will transport guests between Norfolk hotels and the Norfolk FREE WAY Depot at scheduled times throughout the weekend. By Car
Town Point Park, Norfolk's largest waterfront park, is located on Waterside Drive along the banks of the historic Elizabeth River, and situated between the Waterside Festival Marketplace and Nauticus, the National Maritime Center. From I-64, take I-264 West toward Downtown Norfolk and exit left onto Waterside Drive. The park is located approximately 1/2 mile ahead on the left. Over 19,600 metered and garage parking spaces are conveniently located within walking distance of the park or on the NET bus route.

By Boat
 Town Point Park is located at Mile Marker Zero on the Intracoastal Waterway on the Elizabeth River and is easily accessible by boat. Please visit festeventsva.org or call 757.441.2345 for more information.

By Light Rail
 The Tide light rail operates Monday through Thursday 6:00AM to 11:00PM, Friday and Saturday 6:00AM to 12:00 Midnight, and Sunday 11:00AM to 9:00PM. Plan ahead and purchase $3.00 tickets online at www.gohrt.com or use Ticket Vending Machines located at each station. There are 11 stations total, and free parking at all 4 park-and-ride locations. Norfolk FREE WAY shuttle depot is located at the Harbor Park station. Town Point Park is located 2.5 blocks south of MacArthur Square station. By Bike
Bike racks are located at both entrance points to Town Point Park as well as at Front Street Park at Fort Norfolk and West Ghent Piers at MHI.

Parking
 There are over 19,600 parking spaces in downtown Norfolk within an easy walk to Norfolk Harborfest® or on the free NET Bus route. Flat pre-pay rates will be in effect at designated city-owned garages and lots beginning at 4 pm on Friday and continuing until 6 pm on Sunday.
