Cool Jazz and warm summer nights return once again to Downtown Norfolk at the area’s longest running outdoor Jazz Festival! Due to overwhelming popularity, The 31st Annual Norfolk Jazz Festival adds a third day to the calendar. Starting Friday, July 19 – Sunday, July 21, 2013, Jazz enthusiasts will chill to the sounds of smooth jazz in the serene setting of the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront along the Elizabeth River.
