Explore the original and Repurpose-Style Arts & Retail Marketplace located in Festival Field. From handmade jewelry and salvage art to handmade soaps and paintings, the marketplace comes alive with local artisans creating and selling beautiful pieces of artwork for guests to enjoy and take home.

ETC/VEER Magazine Fringe Festival
This year ETC will reach further than Town Point Park, to encompass all of Downtown Norfolk & Ghent! Produced by VEER Magazine, the ETC/VEER Magazine Fringe Festival gives ETC guests the opportunity to branch out and saunter the streets of Norfolk, popping into local businesses that will preserve the ETC Indie music & arts movement throughout the city. A visual art show at d'Art Center, an author workshop at Prince Book Store and a bevy of musical performances at an array of Norfolk establishments encompass the entertainment ETC guests will enjoy as the ETC/VEER Magazine Fringe Festival emerges on Friday, September 13 & Saturday, September 14, 2013.
