Local restaurateur Omar Boukhriss, owner of Voila Cuisine Internationale, Omar's Carriage House and Pagoda Garden Tea House, operates this seasonal alfresco dining destination in Downtown Norfolk.

Omar's Fountain Café is open for Lunch and Dinner at various times throughout the season (operating hours listed below). Café guests will be treated to a variety of freshly prepared foods including Chesapeake Bay Crab Cake Sandwiches, Fresh Paninis, soft drinks and the occasionally offered beer and wine available through the spring and fall seasons (see full Cafe menu below).  Each meal comes complete with table service, alfresco dining experience and the best view in town including the "Dancing Fountain", beautiful waterfront views of the Intracoastal Waterway at Mile Marker Zero and breathtaking sunsets.  FREE live entertainment and special themed menu nights will also be scheduled throughout the season.
