5th Annual Opera in the Park Concert

Join us in Town Point Park as the sun sparkles over the waterfront and the stars of the Virginia Opera, featuring the Virginia Symphony Orchestra,  fill the air with beautiful music. The 5th Annual Opera in the Park Concert takes place Saturday, September 7th, from 7:30pm-9:30pm, at Town Point Park on the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront. Concert goers are invited to arrive early, at 6pm as the park opens, to reserve a spot on the lawn. The 5th Annual Opera in the Park Concert is free and open to the public and will feature a casual, picnic-style atmosphere.

So wear your Bermudas and flip flops to this family friendly day, and don't forget the lawn chairs and blankets to picnic as the sun sets over the Elizabeth River. Coolers, food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. No alcohol or glass is permitted. Food and beverage will be available for purchase. Proceeds from beer and wine sales will benefit the Virginia Opera.
