Festevents accepts performer packets and submissions from October to March. Please forward your video, CDs, audiotapes or photos and list of most recent performances to the Entertainment Director at 120 W. Main St., Norfolk, VA 23510.

Due to the high volume of promotional packages we receive, chances are that we will not be able to get back to you by phone. Once your packet is received, you will receive notification of this by mail. Please be assured we will get in touch with you when and if we are able to use your services. Also please note that CDs and tapes will not be returned.
